M9 + Morningstar MC6

Hey Guys I need to ask for some of your knowledge on a subject I'm not familiar with.  I would like to control my M9 and a Chase Bliss Brothers with the Morningstar.  I know it will control both but I'm not sure I can do what I want with the M9.  I would like to have banks set up on the Morningstar for each song.  So I would have a bank for each song and intro, verse, chorus, bridge, lead within the bank.  Can I do this and how many banks would I be able to access.  I play in a church band so it's usually 5-7 songs but we have a song rotation of about 40-50 songs.  I know Line 6 has Monkey but Morningstar has their own preset manager.  Can I save my entire song rotation settings and just download which ones i need each Sunday.  I appreciate the time in reading and responding as well as your patience with my novice level description.  Hopefully I given enough information to answer the questions.  Thanks again for the communities help.

The M9 doesn't have any sort of editor or librarian software, but I don't think that really matters. As far as what you can do with MIDI and the M9, you can call up scenes via PC messages, turn individual effects on and off with CC messages, and control the looper functions. You can also access the tuner, control the tap tempo, and control the expression pedal via MIDI. I believe the Morningstar MC6 allows you to assign multiple MIDI commands to each footswitch, so you could easily set up your presets on the MC6 to call up a certain M9 scene along with another preset on the Chase Bliss. It should be pretty straightforward.

The M9's MIDI implementation chart is at the end of the Advanced Guide: http://line6.com/data/6/0a060b316ac34f0593fca717b/application/pdf/M9%20Advanced%20Guide%20-%20English%20(%20Rev%20A%20).pdf
