Hi! I'm using Pod xt with Guitar Rig but i have some latency (30-40ms). Can I reduce latency? I have less latency if I use WASAPI driver than ASIO. it's normal??? (sorry for my English)

What DAW are you using?

Are you trying to use the PODxt as just the interface or are you wanting to use it's tones and effects with Guitar Rig?

Depending on your DAW and computer, it's pretty common to have latency when monitoring vst's in realtime.

I would use the Line6 ASIO driver, and from the Line6 Audio-MIDI device control panel have the PODxt send unprocessed but monitor the processed.

Dial in a tone close to what you are going for in GR and then add GR to the dry track post processing.
