There are 2 amps i would like to simulate in my Spider V.

It is a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe

and a Marshall DSL 40C

Does anyone know how or if i can do that on my Spider V?

Thank you for any input......

Those amps aren't specifically modeled on the Spider V amps but you can probably get close to their sound with other available amp models.
The 1958 Tweed B-Man might be a good starting point for the Hot Rod Deluxe, I would also recommend the Line 6 Bayou, Line 6 Twang, or Line 6 Boutique #1 for Fender style sounds.
For the Marshall DSL 40C consider experimenting with different "Brit" models.

Brit 900 for the DSL. Try different cabs. Use post eq to shape final tone. You can really stretch the tone with that post eq.

HRD, I would try the BMan as sugg above. Dial your amps as you do IRL to an actual amp. Add post eq to final shape the tone.
