volume change and silence

Hi ,I have pod xt line 6 ,when I playing guitar sometimes volume little bit of silence ,when I press button one more time, again normal.what a reason?

if you mean button, which button?  if you mean bottom?, the bottom of what?

He may mean button, not bottom......

Hi everybody, yes,  button,sorry ,my english not well :),  explain, When I play guitar, sometimes suddenly the sound becomes higher,when press button again,become again  normaly.thanks

before selecting a patch, set the volume and drive to zero. one of potentiometers may be faulty and subject to movement causing a volume change
