I thought this would be a fairly quick ordeal but apparently not. This order was placed this morning & was charged at my bank so where is the email with the download link? silverhead Posted June 24, 2017 Share Posted June 24, 2017 Try running the Line 6 License Manager while logged in to your Line 6 account. The packs do not need to be downloaded and installed. They already exist in the firmware but are locked until a purchase license is registered in your account, which License Manager finds and uses to unlock the firmware components.
