Xd-70v Compatibility With Shure Glx-d

Best Answer dboomer , 24 September 2013 - 09:25 AM

All radios interfere with each other to some extent (even when they are not operating in the same band) but as long as the Shure transmitter is not right on top of the Line 6 receiver I have not experienced any difficulties.  Because of our "digital lock" system it doesn't create any noise in our system.

Remember the Line 6 system employs "frequency diversity" as is always hopping between channels.  I do not believe this is the case with the Shure system but I'm not 100% certain.

As both use the 2.4 Ghz range, are there any documented problems with operating both units in the same room?

Sorry Don...

I was only referring to this specific issue in respect of co-locating GLX-D with XD-V systems:

As both use the 2.4 Ghz range, are there any documented problems with operating both units in the same room?
