Can someone help me out with this. My idea was to upload all my presets to the customtone's side and then download them back to my hd500x. pianoguyy Posted August 2, 2017 Share Posted August 2, 2017 Customtone is not needed. And, in fact, is a pointless step. No reason to even consider it.
