Is your UX2 connected to your computer? Are you running Pod Farm or some other sound-generating program that interfaces with the UX2?

In Pod Farm, have you selected the Mic as the Input Source? Are your headphones/speakers connected to the UX2 outputs?

In POD Farm, use the input select drop down on the middle left of the page (next to the mute button.

In POD Farm 2 you'll find it on the Mixer page in the "Input" drop down.

I would also second silverhead's advise.  This is not as easy as plugging into an amp and turning some knobs.  Reading the manual would be an excellent idea.
