Hd500 Reboots Every Time I Change Amp Models

I just purchased this HD500 used. Every time I try to change amps on my preset the POD reboots and goes back to my preset. Some times it locks up for a second and make a buzz noise the reboots.  Ive attached a video of the problem so you guys can see whats going on. all I've tries so far is to reinstall new flash memory to erase all the old presets. Thanks for the help

the only advice i can give is reflash, perform a global reset (mandatory), pedal recal

You can actually try a global reset first and see if that helps. It's very quick:

 

1-Disconnect the USB cable connection between HD500 and host computer if connected.

2. Power off the POD HD500.

3. Power on the POD HD500 while holding the LEFT ARROW (<) button while plugging in the power supply to the POD.

Now recaliberate the pedal.
