I don't believe that is a good idea.  The speaker outs are designed to allow you to feed a passive speaker cab, not another amplifier (powered speaker).  I doubt that it will hurt the Spider but it won't do your powered speaker any good... :wacko:

MY QUESTION IS I JUST PURCHASED THIS AMP AND I WANT TO ADD A SPEAKER TO IT IF I GO DIRECT OUT IT WILL MUTE THE 2X12'S ....... CAN I RUN A POWERED SPEAKER FROM THE EXTERNAL SPEAKER OUTPUTS AND STILL HEAR THE 2X12'S AND IF SO WILL IT CAUSE ANY DAMAGE TO THE AMP THAX
