You can't assign different parameters to footswitches like that, but you can assign almost any parameter to be controlled by one of the expression pedals.

You cannot  use footswitched to do that but as far as I know you can control the amp's drive knob with the expression pedal. Simply use the controllers section of HD edit: select the amp, choose drive as parameter en set the desired min and max value.

If you only want to switch between two different Amp Drive settings you could use a footswitch to do this by creating two different presets, and set your device to FS Mode = ABCD.  Set up the presets so that the only difference is the Amp Drive setting; then use the footswitch to switch between the presets.

But if you want to control the Amp Drive setting within a range of Max/Min values then you must use an expression pedal as described above.

You can assign more than one parameter to the pedal as well, so you could have a sweep of the pedal that increases the drive but also reduces the channel volume to keep the overall level similar.

to the OP check this http://www.youtube.c...h?v=U0sLDW1yvGU  and I think this can be achieved using an external footswitch like a boss fs-5L in PEDAL 2 jack

Just assign an OD pedal to a switch.
