Meeotch Posted November 30, 2013 Share Posted November 30, 2013 This topic has been covered briefly in other posts, but I just wanted to reiterate this point because I found it strange but interesting. My HD500 drivers would not install (I was getting code 10, device failed to start). I tried just about everything until finally I plugged my usb cable straight into the back of my computer instead of the ports up front...problem solved. The interesting thing is that I use my front ports for just about everything and they have never given me problems. Hopefully this helps!
