Hi team!
I bought a POD HD500 on 04/27/2013 at SamAsh Dolphin Mall (Miami/FL). I'm trying to register at Line 6 website, but without success. This following error appears: There was an error ESN could not be verified. Please confirm the supplied USN. ( Error: 523) No Products Registered

p.s. I already try to type a lot... tried with (21)... without ()...

just to corroborate i use the 21 first when i registered. at least that's the way it appears on my account page. was your pod all packed up nicely like it was unopened? hopefully they didn't sell you one that was returned and the guy already registered it. does every thing else work? you know check for updates and stuff like that there? go back to sam ash and tell them so you don't get stuck trying to figure this out. you still have a couple of weeks for the return policy.

Have you already tried to insert the s/n without parenthesis?

problem solved everyone!!! ok first those numbers in parentheses note; DO NOT TYPE THE PARENTHESES! ONLY THE NUMBER BETWEEN THE PARENTHESES no space then add the rest of the sn DONE... i too was having same issue until i said ehh let me try it this way. all good now
