pugdealer
Hey guys At least some of us have seen price drops on our usual online stores...so I'm wondering, can this mean a new JTV is about to come out?
Ed_Saxman
Or a completely new generation, together with new Pods, who knows? ;)
brue58ski
I'm pretty sure that's not true. They're not even done with this one (referring mostly to the lack of Workbench through the HD500. What's going on?) and I'm sure any new guitars would be using the same technology. Like they did with the Variax 300 & 6oo)
katiekerry
Its highly unlikely since they just released HD500x and JTV89f with in the last year or so. Its kinda hard to go Higher sound resolution than the highly marketable HD moniker. They just need to seriously work out the kinks in both the JTV line and HD line. People are constantly rolling back firmware versions cause the update causes undesireable issues. Rather than add more crap to it just fix what you got before moving on.. 3
clay-man
Or a completely new generation, together with new Pods, who knows? ;) It's been only 2 years. That would be an awful, awful marketing strategy. If they do a new JTV model I hope it's a telecaster.
TheRealZap
I'm reasonably confident that there are no new JTV's in the works...
