ZoroBK Posted December 16, 2013 Share Posted December 16, 2013 Hello! I own a POD HD500 and an Line 6 Spyder IV amp ( it already have lots of effects in it), and I am having a problem. When I plug my guitar in the hd 500, and the Hd 500 in the spyder, it sounds really bad. It feels like that the sound is a background sound, does not have "presence" I already tried my hd500 in several different amps, and it sounds awesome! But in the Spyder it sounds horrible! Am I doing aomething wrong? Maybe conecting wrong? All the effects are off (clean) on the amp! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AParedes Posted December 17, 2013 Share Posted December 17, 2013 try going into the output mode of the POD HD (in "setup") and selecting "combo front" - which will revoice the PDO output. you will also want to make sure the output on the face of the amp is set to "amp" versus "line".
