The mute button on my G50 has stopped working..  'Mute' appears on the LCD when I press and hold it, but the guitar signal can still be heard. I haven't used the mute much, and It did work when I first bought the G50 a few months ago.

Is there a way to reset the transmitter?  It functions properly except for the mute button, so no other indicatins that the transmitter is faulty.

From that description of the fault, my feeling is that the re-flashing of firmware in your beltpack and/or in your receiver may well be worth a try …and I'm hoping that you (or a friend) have access to an XD-V75 receiver and the various "bits" required to enable this to proceed online via Line 6 Monkey.

If not, your local Line 6 outlet may be able to assist.

The mute circuit mainly lives in the receiver so if you are seeing an indication in the transmitter then I suspect the receiver is the problem.  You'll likely need to send it in for servicing.
