Does Hd500 And Hd500x Have Same Dimension?

hd500 hd500x case

Yes they have the same dimensions.  I currently use this case:

It's a slightly tight fit, but goes in with no problems.

I think I may switch to this bag though:

It's a little bit deeper and the way it's designed I can Velcro the HD500X in there and leave it setup.  Just open up the bag and plug in.  Lazy man's dream :)

I use the Electro Harmonix pedal bag. It fits perfectly with room for a volume pedal. 40 bucks.

I use the same Gator bag as mentioned above (http://www.guitarcen...659-i1152124.gc)

It is a tight fit but it feels quite secure.  It's a nice bag too, durable and nothing chinsy about it (assuming people understand what I mean by "chinsy").  I can also fit my 3-ring binder in the main compartment with the Pod, zip it closed, and then get all of my cables and small gear in the outside pocket.

I also have the Gator, near the bottom of the page there's a pic. showing the fitment.

I have both bags and your second choice fits the HD500 much nicer.

I have my hd500x, but I am little confused, do you recommend the Gator bag or the "road runner pedal bag"?

Which one do you think is the best?

Hey my man, this thread is from January :)

I have both cases, they are pretty much the same construction and either is a good choice - for a soft case - IMO. The only difference is the RR one can be used as a pedalboard itself (flop the top back or under).
