(description of the settings under the Soundcloud track)

I recorded the Kravitz's lead guitarist Craig Ross part, main rhythm and solo

a very simple rig but very effective sound

I used again the single input approach which has become definitively my favorite setting

Nice!

You probably already explained somewhere but, could you please, for the record, elaborate on your single input aprooach?

Where do you have the amp in the chain etc.

maybe you didn't notice my recent thread I started some days ago

the link is here: http://line6.com/sup...e-of-the-hd500/

there you'll find the more elaborate explanation of my reasons for this approach..

in few words for my single approach I do my amp/fx chain in default pre split position and I set input 2 to be different than input 1..

doing so, the input isn't doubled and I get a much better, natural and balanced sound, and also very quickly, no very complicate settings..

unfortunately if you use the separate path A you don't get the same results because it behaves like you were using 2 same inputs in pre, I don't know why, but that's how it works..

Aris, try this (HD500+JTV, latest firmware).

For the intro, use the v2 spank, position 5.
