RonNevison Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Hi all, I just bought a KB37 and went through the frustrating procedure of registering and authorizing, learning about versions of Monkey that don't work etc. Now that I finally got everything running, one key on the keyboard is not functioning properly. I brought it back to the shop, they told me to wait for them to call me back. I insisted on getting a new one that day, so they said I will have to wait for hours for it to be delivered, I said no problem, I just wanted to get back home recording as soon as possible. 6 hours later a new device arrives. I check it and it has the same problem, just different key. Shop tells me they have to order from somewhere else, might take a week.
