I have a new hd500x and want to add new patches to it.

I have spent the last 2 hours watching videos and reading through support things to try and fix my problem.

I may be missing something basic here, but how do you get the "Backup and Restore" tab to show in Monkey? All I have is the update tab.

Everything is updated with green check marks, but no matter what i do i can't see to get the "Backup and Restore" option to show...

You only use the Monkey to update the FW and SW.  To create, save, load patches you use HD500x Edit.
