DuandeJager
My computer does not pick up my pod HD 500 I installed the driver with line 6 monkey for the pod HD 500 and the installation processes said it was successful, but when I go back into line 6 monkey the option to update the driver is still there. When I say connect to device in line 6 monkey it doesn't want to connect and in Pod HD EDIT it does not detect the device. What am I doing wrong ?
TheRealZap
you need pod HD500 edit, but try a different usb port and cable, because monkey should recognize it regardless.
DuandeJager
The driver does not want to update in line 6 monkey , its still states that no driver is installed even though I updated the driver. If I connect my pod HD 500 to the computer the computer does not recognize the device and the new Hardware wizard also doesnt start when at the end of the driver installation process. If tried different cables, different usb ports on my computer and sent my pod hd in for repairs for a new usb port on the pod hd for I thought the usb port on my pod hd was broken ... Nothing seems to work , what can I do ?
jandrio
if running win7 and later, try disabling driver signature enforcement... http://line6.com/support/topic/7369-pod-hd500x-usb-fw-000/?do=findComment&comment=51227
XCrossroadsX2000
You may need to temporarily disable virus protection and remove and rather then run the monkey online, Download the monkey then right click on the icon and choose "run as administrator"
