StephenCWJ
Hi all, I've had my UX1 for a little over a year now, never had any problems with it when I was running Windows Vista until I got a new computer with Windows 7. If I have the UX1 plugged into the USB port whilst the PC is booting, it just freezes and I have to wait until it's on the desktop until I can reconnect it.I have noticed a red flashing light on the UX1 whilst booting, but other than that I've got no idea what to do. I've re-installed all the drivers countless times. I've tried to change the BIOS to read the UX1 but there's simply no option to do that. Any help would be appreciated! Triryche
Just for clarification, if you run the newest Monkey, you have green ticks for everything?
StephenCWJ
Everything has green ticks apart from POD Farm (the first one), which isn't installed. I tried rolling back the driver but that didn't work either.
Triryche
I would check the BIOS settings for your computer. It might be looking for a USB bootable OS. If so, disable it.
ven008
HI, Is this solved? I`ve got exactly the same problem. Checked BIOS: doesn't look for anything but the harddrive to startup from
