richh6
Hi, I'm using a TonePort GX with Amp Farm version 1 mostly to record electric guitar, and for this it is great! I'm also trying to record bass sounds, via a synth module, which works ok, but there seems to be a touch of reverb always there that I can't disable. The only way I can, is by going into 'tuner' mode on Amp Farm, and then I don't have access to EQ and other goodies. When I listen to the headphone output from my synth, the reverb is not there. When I listen to the GX headphone out, it is. Okay, a bit of reverb in a guitar patch is good, but not so much on bass. BTW, yes I have disabled reverb / delay and so on in the individual patches I'm auditioning. Any suggestions would be great please - thanks! Triryche
That seems odd. Can you upload one of the patches? Or a sound clips with and with out the reverb?
Triryche
Also check the DI delay and level in the mixer view.
