There have not been any for the Spider IV in quite some time, but I wouldn't say "Spider looks to be on the way out", just that they have developed this particular platform as far as possible due to processor limits. The same goes for PodFarm, the latest updates for FX and amp sims seems to be as far as they can take it - this does not mean it is on its way out, though! :D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've tried other modeling amps and always, ALWAYS come back to this one. It just has the best sound and is the most user friendly to me. If it is on the way out, Can't wait to see the Spider V.
