Vocalpoint Posted June 13, 2014 Share Posted June 13, 2014 I purchased my new Pod HD Pro X back on 10/30/13 and registered it with my Line 6 acct that same day (NOT via Monkey). But now every time I fire up Monkey to see what's new - the thing tells me my Pod is not registered. With all previous attempts - I did not follow thru with a re-register. Today - I get the same message and today - I thought - I WILL re-register - just to get this annoying message to stop. So I attempt to re-register and of course I get a huge error in my acct panel - telling me the Pod is already registered. Sigh. What exactly is the right way to ensure that Monkey knows my rig is mine and is properly registered to my acct? VP Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Not really sure what the license manager might have to do with this. I opened it and all it did was authorize my PC for usage. And it now lists 4 old model packs that were used with my old POD XT Pro. No sign of the new rig or any auths for it. VP Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
