FBV MKII Midi CC Values for Delay, Tape Echo, and Sweep Echo

The default MOD button setting on the FBV MKII Shortboard turns on the Tremolo effect (cc92 val 127 / cc92 val 0). I figured out that if I change the value from a preset to "Custom", you can edit the value of the cc/val pair so that it doesn't sound like crap. You can also assign any number you want to the cc part of the pair and customize what the buttons do. I would like to play around with these settings and cc/val pairs to experiment. Can anyone point me to a list of ALL MIDI CC commands and what they are, and, point me to a list of MIDI CC commands that the Spider Jam supports?
