aduda
Hi, I'm running Line 6 Edit 3.04 on my Windows XP laptop. When I make a change using 'Line 6 Edit' to my PodXt Live how do I permanently save that change onto the PodXt??? --Alan
TheRealZap
there should be a save or put option in the memory window... been a while since i used edit though... gearbox is much newer and works with the xt also. 1
aduda
Thanks Guru, Right after I posted my question I noticed that Line 6 EDIT has a 'SYNC' button at the bottom of the screen. Clicked that and my changes were sync'ed back to the PodXt. --Alan

aduda
Hey RealZap, What's the difference between the EDIT software and GEARBOX? --Alan
TheRealZap
mostly, its a graphical difference... behind the scenes though edit was made in java and gearbox either VB or C++ i find gearbox to be more stable and modern... there are a few things that edit does that gearbox doesn't... very obscure things.... but the good news is that you can have both installed, and use whichever one you like.
