Pod Problems?

Went to go jam and I look down to find my pod with all lights off except the LED screen, which is at a white/blue screen with black horizontal lines going across it. Completely unresponsive no matter how many reboots or attempts at booting it to safe mode. Any advice? Or did I just inherit a really expensive paperweight?

I would try a different power supply. It need not be the official Line 6 one:

.... but it has to match all specs exactly, especially the DC piece.

do a global reset. hold the left nav key while powering up

Regarding the power supply, other than the 9 volt 3amp DC output and plug polarity, is there any other parameter I need to look out for.  And does anyone know what the plugs dimensions are? 

 

I found this for half of what a Line 6 power supplys costs.

unfortunately the one you found is not good for the pod both for dimension and polarity
