Longbongsilver Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 Hi, i have just unwrapped my new HD500X and cannot get started as the drivers are not installing through the Line6 Monkey.The version is up to date and I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no effect. I have downloaded them direct from Line6 but installation still fails. I have attempted this process on both my Macbook and my iMac. Very frustrating indeed. scottyo78 Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 Have you followed the process per the manual? ;) You have to do certain steps with the USB cable unplugged and other steps with it plugged in. Reboot your Mac and ensure other programs drivers aren't banging heads with it.
