I use an EV-5 because I had 2 from way, way back.  It is TRS but work perfectly if the min value knob on the pedal is set to 0

I got the Mission Engineering and it's great.

The problem with the Line 6 is tat it's flimsy and light. I've kicked it across the room a few times while playing. I also don't like that it sits at a different height than the one on the POD. It throws off a my balance a bit when stepping on a pedal at a different height.

Are there pedals with switches that work with line 6? Does the line 6 pedal have a switch?

The line 6 pedal does not have a swtich and no the only switch that will work is the one attached to the onboard foot pedal.

FYI for those that have the ME pedal, do you still have to do the resistor thing to make it work right for the POD? Read somewhere they don't have 10k pot so they don't work fully with the pod without some modification or did ME fix that?

When I was looking around for Exp pedals the idea of a fixed on/off was on my mind. The idea was for a cocked wah during a few tunes where it could give a nice freq band. I had looked at the stuff here:

Being conservative (not lazy mind you) :) I got shiney keyed away from following through.

Thought I would toss it up here.

Well you can still the get an on-off even for the secodary pedal it will just not be on the pedal. You can assign a on/off for any effect to a normal switch. To use it more like a normal wah, use the on-board pedal so you have the toe switch and then use the secondary pedal for what-ever else you need.
