Brazzy
I've had the UX2 for quite sometime and never got a footswitch for it it so I decided to make one . Since I have the basic hand tools. a drill/drills, soldering iron/related tools, light wire and quarter inch 6 ft guitar cables all I needed was 2 quarter inch mono jacks, 2 momentary switches (light duty) and a box all of which I found at Radio Shack. I added 1 more switch and jack so I can run to something else tha'll use a momentary switch. It works great and It makes the UX2 so much better. Brazzy
In case anyone has a similar issue. I've noticed that when I start up my computer and open GearBox the footswitch doesn't work. So after a while trying to get it to go I found that if I open Line 6 MIDI Device control panel and then open GearBox it all works. I'm using Win7 and all latest drivers and program. Carry On!!! :)
BillBee
Pretty schnazzy Brazzy. I did something similar for a Jamman looper. You have 3 switches there btw :) Any wiring other than 1 switch to 1 jack? -B

Schnazzy, now there's a word I haven't heard in a while, cool word. The other switch I put in there for another use such as channel change for the DT50 Head. I still have to go get another mono quarter jack, later I'll drill another hole in the back and wire it up. I should've stocked up on the hardware, lol.
