Johan_SaeThao Posted October 11, 2014 Share Posted October 11, 2014 I have bought the addon Metal shop today. I activated it in Line 6 license manager. I had pod farm 2 platinum since before. I didnt download the addon, it just says I must activate it in Line 6 license manager, so I did. I dont see any new presets or anything. Please help. How can Metal shop be a new addon if I dont have to download anything? Or was it already included in Podfarm 2 platinum and therefor I cant see any new presets? I just paid 50usd for something I already have. I couldnt find anything about Metal shop in Ilok license manager or line 6 license manager, and there is no e-mail adress to contact support team either. Anyway 50usd wasted....... TheRealZap Posted October 12, 2014 Share Posted October 12, 2014 30 day return... you can get the money back. ilok licenses can't use model packs anyway... just FYI for anyone reading that may have a standard ilok pod farm license and be considering model packs. support can generally be contacted through the support ticket system: http://line6.com/support/ for many things though, the community here can help faster.
