Donschmighty
Hello everybody, I need help on the issue mentioned above. I recently received my new TBP12 G Transmitter and tried to connect it to my old (about 3 years) G30 Receiver with the effect that I only get 3. Red LEDs on the receiver and no signal. The TBP is set to Rf1 one and the old G30 was never flashed to RF2 so I don't think that this is the problem. The TBP Audio LED also lights up green when I play but nothing comes out of the receiver. I have tried different channels and can only get 3 red LEDS or nothing on the receiver. Can anyone help me out with some good advice.... Cheers Don
sdevino
I know you said you are on RF1 mode with the transmitter, but are you sure? Call support.
Donschmighty
As sure as a user can be. I switched it on the Transmitter and the display says G90 RF1 when I switch it on. So expect it is running in RF1...
sdevino
Sorry for the "is it plugged in" question, but what channel is the transmitter set to? They are truly completely compatible as long as the transmitter is set to RF1 mode and on a usable channel. You may have a bad transmitter as well. jiponk78
Exactly the same here, unfortunately I wrote a new subject just before seeing this one. So, same issue : - older G30 receiver - new TBP12 transmiter, set in RF1 mode - tried RF2 mode(No signal) tried the 6 channels, 3 red leds on the receiver. Anyone had luck with this ?
