bombidol
Weird question. I want to use my UX1 Toneport to stream digital radio with a vinyl source. I have two turntables wired into a DJ mixer, then RCA out of the (record) output (line level) into the MONITOR IN on the UX1, I have tried the 2 Analog ins on the UX1 too. If I plug headphones into the UX1 I can hear the music coming from the records. However, I need to be able to send that signal back out the USB cable and into the computer (the Mixlr software, which sees the UX1 as a soundcard) Any ideas how to do this or am I barking up the wrong tree? Triryche
Not familiar with that software, do you know if it supports ASIO? Also, you might want to use both Line In's to preserve stereo from the turn tables.
bombidol
It supports ASIO yeah. The Monitor in on the UX1 is stereo a and if all else fails I can run the analog in quarter inch jacks side by as as 1/2 L/R. I read reports that maybe the Ux1 doesn't send anything from the INs back through the USB cable. Only from the guitar and mic ports. ?? Triryche
You can definitely send the 2 ins via USB. Go into Pod Farm to select Line1 and Line2. I usually make a dual path and select Line 1 for Tone A and 2 for Tone B and pan them hard L/R in the mixer view.
bombidol
Powered up Farm. It wont take signal from the Stereo in. But it will take signal from 1+2 SOMETIMES, it seems to drop the signal every few minutes. Weird as hell.
