TonePort KB37 velocity sensitivity
by SuperMarioBros on 2010-05-24 18:06:12

I have a slight problem with my TonePort KB37. There seems to be no velocity sensitivity for the first 12 keys from the left in any program, VST plugin that i use my KB37, just sounds like a full hard knock on the key on them 12 keys. I would like to know why it is like that, because it ment to have all 37 to be velocity sensitive. Ive got all software/drivers up to date. Could you please help me with that...

Thanks

Mariusz

Hi,

If you've tried running Line 6 Monkey/Updates and re-installed the USB Firmware and Flash Memory components of the KB37, but the issue persists then you'll need to get the keyboard/interface to an Authorized Service Center for repair.

Line 6 UK

4 Sopwith Way

Drayton Fields Industrial Estates

Daventry, Northamptonshire

I've seen this once before and it turned out to be the entire key assembly that needed replacement.

Regards,

L6Perry

Yes, I've  re-installed the USB Firmware and Flash Memory too and it is still gives me vel 127 fff.

Tried on Mac and WinXP.

I will have to take it to Service Center.
