Broken Pot -- Order Replacement?
by ericsc on 2010-06-08 12:45:36

The shaft for the "CH VOLUME" pot on my AX2 is broken -- I'd like to order a replacement pot and replace it myself.

How would I go about acquiring a replacement?  I'm not sure where I can purchase one.

Thank you,

Eric

It appears to be a 10k ohm linear pot (potentiometer) ,it is circuit  board mounted and it is dime sized , not the same size found typically  on guitars , the shaft is 1"" long . I would look on the internet at  electronic suppliers to see if you could find an exact replacement .

Call Line 6 service.  The pots they use have a "D" shaft which is longer than off the shelf pots.  They have sent me replacements for free.
