Email to reset password not sent

HI,

I have forgotten my Line 6 password and have tried resetting it using my registered email address. I have not received a email as yet and have being trying for two weeks. My original username is Parkaboy. I had registered my GuitarPort and Riffworks software with the account and need access to my account to activate the software on my new computer.

Can you assist me in resetting my password?

Q: What is a support ticket?

A: A support ticket allows you to directly correspond with a Line 6 Support Representative. An email will be sent to you from Line 6 containing a link if a Line 6 support representative determines that a ticket is necessary to troubleshoot your issue. Please follow the link in the email to view your open ticket to work one on one with Line 6 Support.

Please note: Sometimes support tickets will be filtered to spam and junk folders. If you did not receive an email from us indicating that a ticket has been created, please make sure to check those folders in your email host.

Hi,

Sorry but there has been a misunderstanding. I did not need the account George3009 password reset. I cannot access my original account which has username Parkaboy and with which I have already registered all my hardware and software purchases. I created the account George3009 with a different email address in order to request help on this forum.

I have checked both accounts and there is no email about resetting my password. I have checked the spam/junk folders to be sure. Not sure what to suggest next?

I need your help my friends.

Last week I bought a POD XT in the hand of a colleague, I hadone more surprise when I went to register it.

Can not register my POD XT because it seems that the serial is already registered, the problem is that my colleague bought the hand of someone else before me and do not know the login andpassword.

Friends, I humbly peopl your help, I do not know what to do!

I need to have a good experience with this POD, as I intend tobuy the X3 LIVE soon.

I need to update my POD and buy some packs of you.

Please help me my friends.
