How can I deauthorize a device (KB37) I no longer have?
by Dafydd_Gere on 2011-06-01 16:17:19

I need to de-authorize a kb37 i owned but have sold. When selling i was not aware I had to de-authorize. NOw several years later I want to return Pod 2 software as it is not working as anticipated with my Pod x3 live but I cannot return it until I de-authorize all my devices and the KB37 has a de-authorization status of Pending and demands a reconnection to complete the process - but I don't have it - so I'm stuck!

Help needed therefore to de-authorize before I can then return software within the 30 day window...I assume this cannot be the first time this has happened, guidance appreciated - I have 28 days left to sort out before I can no longer return $49 dollars of software that is not truly compatible with my POD X3 Live....
