Hi,

Is monkey crashing on start up or while you are trying to update your software?

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Line 6 Software on your computer?

Thanks,

David

Hi,

I just tried your advice and uninstalled the program but it still crashes. The error message appears when it says 'Checking MIDI devices' and a little progress bar appears where it says 'Searching for all devices'. After that it crashes.

Hi,

I found the problem: I have a MIDI keyboard plugged into my PC via USB as well and I tried running the software after turning the keyboard off. That solved the problem. It seems the software got confused between the two MIDI devices.

Thanks for the help!
