No Display on M9 and the each unit will not disengage...Going crazy

Assistance needed!!!! My M9 has worked for about 10 months and now the display is out and the effects change everytime i hit the A or B unit. The effects will not disengage as well. I can't do a factory reset because no display...

Help!!!

Hey damonk19,

Have you made sure to power it on with the supplied Line 6 Power supply? To reference the power supply that should be used with the M9 follow the link below:

If are using this power supply and still having this problem, I would suggest that you have a local Line 6 Service Center assess the M9 for you. To locate a Line 6 Service Center in your area, follow the link below:

I'm having the same issue. Sometimes when I plug it in (always with the Line 6 adapter that came with the M9) the screen lights up with no display...sometimes nothing. I tried a firmware reinstall but all that accomplished is what seems like a factory reset. I have not had good luck taking modern electronics to my local Line 6 dealer...they seem to prefer to work on old amps and guitars rather than compact electronics. Can I send the unit in to Line 6?
