iMac doesn't recognize Tone Port UX2

I bought the Tone Port UX2 around 2007 and now I got the new iMac and downloaded the software, the computer doesn't "see" the hardware when I plug it in.  What do I do?

Have you updated to the latest drivers from our website?

Also, are you connecting the device with a USB hub?
