Pod Studio UX2 / PodFarm 1-2 authorization fail

Hello Line6!

I recently bought a Pod Studio UX2. I registered it in my profile. I use Windows 7 64bit. I installed Line6 monkey, downloaded drivers, and POD Farm1 plus POD Farm2. After these i ran the License Manager. First I authorized my computer, then the UX2.

It says it's authorized, but I have to install the factory add-ons, which are written in italics.

I pressed the install button, it ran for a few mins, after that, the next screen:

There's no POD Farm 2, okay, i thought I can use the POD Farm 1, it works, but I can't use it's all feauters, when I load presets it says for the most stuff:

POD Farm 2 runs well to, but same situation there, I can't use the most feauters. There's no "18 immortal guitar amps" and etc, only just a few.

It showing this after start:

And the same issue, like in PF1, "This model is not authorized..." when I load presets.

I did the re-authorize thing i red on Line6 forums, reinstalled all the software, drivers, but no victory.

I hope you can help me as well as other users.

  your UX2 looks correctly authorised

 

  remember that purchasing your UX2 gives you the standard Models, plus the included FXJunkie: if you wish adding Models, you need purchasing additional ModelPacks (http://line6.com/modelPacks/ )

 

  in the picture you can see the amp Models included; as a rule of thumb, you should know that the presets that appear greyed in Podfarm preset list include Models not present in your UX2

Thanks for the answer. Now the only thing that I don't understand, is the UX2 page on line6.com which says:

So this means I can buy additional stuff, instead having them with UX2. Great misstatement. :\

no misstatement at all: count the amount of amps etc. showing available in Podfarm (see picture)

if you wish having more, simply add Modelpacks...

I`m having the exactly same issue with my POD Studio UX2.

Why license manager don't authorize POD Farm 2?

Please, i've bought my UX2 from second hand, so I need an urgent reply about this issue.

you should start a new thread ,marked as a question.

this is an old thread that is answered and won't get many views.

btw, is you 2nd hand unit a red Toneport or a black Pod Studio

I really need help! My device is no longer authorizing and now I can't do anything. I just got the metal shop so I was trying to authorize everything so I could start using it and now this happens. I seriously need someone to fix this please! Screen Shot 2013-03-11 at 11.46.47 PM.png
