POD FARM / NO INTERNET...what to do?
on 2011-12-03 20:46:12.2300
I am or was the proud owner of the following line 6 products.
pod 1, pod 2, A chrome pod (not sure what rev it is) pod x3, lowdown 500, bass pod pro, 2 –spyder valve 112’s, Flextone 1 Flextone2, and a blown Duoverb… a real nice 2 12 cabinet that is probably my favorite and heaviest line 6 product. Oohhh ooohh don’t forget the floorboards and FBVs
Needless to say I am a loyal line 6 customer.
What does a loyal line 6 customer have to do to get pod farm on my non internet PC Win 7 computer???? (As long as it is running and working well I will not move it……)
Any help would be appreciated.
ps does anyone fix Duoverbs?

Hey dale deremer,
First off, you would need access to a computer that is connected to the internet so that you could download the most recent version POD Farm 2.51. You can download them from the links below:
Windows POD Farm 2.51:
Once you have downloaded this file, you will need to install it onto your computer and then authorize it. We have a video tutorial that will show you how to download and install POD Farm, and then use the License Manager rto authorize your computer:
Once you have installed it onto your online computer, you will need a way to bring the POD Farm software and authorizations to your offline computer, by burning the file to a CD/DVD or using a external hard drive/flash drive. After obtaining your transferrable medium, you will need to put the POD Farm 2.51 file that you downloaded on the medium as well as the authorization files. For instructions on how to locate and transfer the authorization files, check out the video tutorial we have for this process located towards the bottom of the following document:
Once you get the file onto the transferrable medium, bring it to the offline computer and install it. Once POD Farm is installed, you can place the authorization files in the same place that they were located in on your online computer to authorize POD Farm 2 on your offline comptuer.
As for the fixing the Duoverb, you can find a authorized Line 6 service center in your area using the finder at the link below:
The information above may not be current, and you should direct questions to the current forum or review the manual.
