could this product be more difficult to use?

I bought the Ux2 thinking it would be an easy way to plug guitars and mics into my computer so I could record songs in Garage Band.

It has been months and I've yet to record a note. Downloading drivers, something called a Monkey, registering, firmware, what a disaster.

If I could contact someone at Line6, I would ask for my money back, but of course there is not one phone number anywhere on the site.

I've checked the boards and see complaint after complaint about this product. Has anyone figured out how to use this thing, or do you need to be a professional IT person and a master musician?

What is the specific problem you are having when you are trying to use the UX2? Our phone number is listed on the contacts page:


Wecannot grant returns as this would be handled between you and the store you purchased the UX2 at, but we can help you get the interface up and running.

Q: What is a support ticket?
