Brand new POD HD Pro restarts every 5 seconds or so...

Brand new, out of box.  Worked for like 20 minutes then just started resetting every 5 seconds or so...Anybody know anything before I box up & send back?  Merry Christmas...

You can do a factory reset, after that you can see of it works. I haven't done it myself but i will give you some links from line 6 support tab.

Please try a global reset which I have seen fix this on other POD HDs:

While the POD is still powered down, press and hold the LEFT arrow button next to the screen and POWER ON the POD HD Pro while holding down that button.

Give that a try and let us know if the problem persists.
