Help with corrupt pod hd 300

Hi, I buy a POD HD300 7 days ago and when I connect to pc and update, the pod stop working normally. It seems to be corrupted because all the buttoms working but the pedal (TAP,MODE,A,B,C,D) don't. I can't do a factory reset because the pedals don't working and the PC sometimes recognizes the pod and other times not but I don't find the way to change the firmware in line6 monkey. Sorry for my english. Help please the pod is brand new of Guitarcenter.
