Line 6 DATABASE error

I have a problem with line6 database. It tells me that i can't desauthorize my device (Podstudio ux2) 'cos it's pending.

But i can run my POD FARM (ONLY in stand alone mode).

i tryed desauthorizing line6 page and removing my product. When i did, it tells the same error.

i run my license manager and all the time it's impossible AUTHORIZE and DESAUTHORIZE.

I don't know what to do.

Who must i addres to?

i need to use MY PRODUCT. and i need it NOW!!!!

(why can u buy on the internet, but you can't have support?)
