Help, Line 6 monkey updates flash memory and nothing happen

Im needing some help as im updating the flash memory withe the line 6 money and it loads everythigns and it keeps as the same
Installed - 1.31

Newest - 1.41
I tried to update this few times but nothing ins happening, it always stays on the same 1.31

Hi,

Does the HD500 show that it is connected in Monkey on report an ESN? (Listed under the HD500 Icon.) Have you updated to Monkey version 1.51? Have you tried different USB Ports?

Try Downloading the Flash Memory here:

http://line6.com/software/">http://line6.com/software/">http://line6.com/software/

Then use the "Update from File" Button in Monkey to install the flash memory file.
