Problem with write to wav file

how can I convert a jam file to a wav file, because my unit doesn t write it to a wav file, I don t know wy, I have try many times,

how can I fixed this problem ?

Make sure your SD Card is under 2GB. Also, if you connect the SD Card to a host computer, there needs to be a folder labeled as: LINE6 on the root of the card device.

When you enter the "Save" options in the Spider Jam, there's an option to: "SAVE REC MIX AS WAV TO CARD". This is the option to save a recording on your Spider Jam into a .wav file within the LINE6 folder of the inserted SD Card. Make sure your SD Card has enough free space on it to write audio data, too!
