Help, MetalShop pack isn't working after I paid $50 for it!
by jaybricks on 2012-07-21 09:33:14

I just purchased the Metal Shop pack. It went through the process, the status was complete, and it said how to get it going. Well I went to the Line 6 License Manager, and it didn't how up. Only FX Junkie. So I went back to the site, and went to purchase history and it said you havent bought anything, then I went to software addons, and it said you havent bought anything. So I went to my first merit account online, and it said line 6 took 50 dollars out. So I paid for it, but Line 6 says I didn't...

Thanks, Justin
